You do not need a credit card to create an employer account.

In the Kickoff Meeting, you’ll share important details about your company culture, review and fine-tune your position description and discuss the overall recruiting strategy.

There are two ways to get an Instant Pricing Estimate. You get an Instant Pricing Estimate by using our AI-powered pricing tool on the pricing page or by adding a new position from your employer account. Once you create a new position you will automatically see the Instant Pricing Estimate to fill that position.

The Recruiting Squad has a unique pay-as-you-go model, after you complete the Kickoff Meeting you add a payment method to your account. You can start recruiting less than $500.00. You only pay for the hours you need, you can start and stop anytime and there are no hidden charges or cancellation fees.

The Recruiting Squad accepts most credit cards as well as ACH. Once you add a payment method to your account, recruiting starts almost immediately. You can stop recruiting at any time and there are no cancellation or hidden fees.

There is no cost to create an employer account. After the Kickoff Meeting you can get started for less than $500.00. Once your account balance reaches $0 your account will automatically be replenished to the amount of your initial payment.

If your assigned recruiter fills your position in fewer hours than estimated you only pay for the number of hours worked, not the estimated hours. If your assigned recruiter fills your position in less than half the estimated hours, you will pay for half the total estimate.

If your assigned recruiter needs more time to fill your position than indicated in the Instant Pricing Estimate, the maximum you pay would be for the total estimated hours.

You can hire one of the two submitted candidates.

There are no hidden charges or cancellation fees when using The Recruiting Squad’s services. We operate on a pay-as-you-go model, meaning you only pay for the hours you need, and there are no long-term contracts, negotiations or staffing agency finder’s fees.
