Qualified candidates will start appearing in your dashboard. You choose who moves forward, we will handle the scheduling. Usage-based pricing with a guaranteed cap-no sifting resume. no placement fees.  Only pay for the hours you use.

Working with The Recruiting Squad is simple – No complex contracts or negotiation processes. Our recruiters start working 24 hours after you complete your Quick Kickoff Meeting.

There are no minimums, you can activate 1 or 100 Sprints.

You do not need a credit card to create an employer account.

In the Quick Kickoff Meeting, you’ll share important details about your company culture and align on candidate must-haves.

The Recruiting Squad handles the full lifecycle of recruiting or any portion of the hiring process our clients desire.

There are several ways to get an Instant Pricing Estimate. You can get an Instant Pricing Estimate by using our AI-powered pricing tool on the pricing page, by creating an account or by adding a new position from your employer account. Once you create a new position you will automatically see the Instant Pricing Estimate for that role.

The Recruiting Squad has a usage-based pricing model, after you complete the Quick Kickoff Meeting you add a payment method to your account. You can start your Hiring Sprint for an Activation Fee equal to 15% of the “Instant Pricing Estimate.” You only pay for the hours you use, start and stop anytime and there are no hidden charges.

The Recruiting Squad accepts most credit cards as well as ACH. You add a payment method to your account, pay the Activation Fee and your sprint starts almost immediately. You can stop any time and there are no hidden fees.

After you complete the Quick Kickoff, there is a Sprint “Activation Fee” equal to 15% of your “Instant Pricing Estimate” that you pay to get started. This Activation Fee is fully refunded if we don’t deliver any qualified candidates in the first 21-Days.

If you hire a candidate from your pipeline in fewer hours than estimated you only pay for the actual number of hours worked, not the estimated hours. If you hire a candidate in less than half the estimated hours, you will pay for half the total estimate.

If you don’t receive interview-ready candidates in 21-Days we will refund your Sprint “Activation” fee.

You can hire as many of them as you want. 

There are no hidden charges or cancellation fees when using The Recruiting Squad’s services. We operate on a usage-based model, meaning you only pay for the hours you use, and there are no long-term contracts, negotiations or staffing agency placement fees.
