You stay in your strategic advisor role while TRS handles the hands-on recruiting work — and you earn recurring revenue when your clients engage for recruiting support.

You can earn in four ways:

  • Client walk-throughs: Earn a bonus when a referred client participates in a live TRS walk-through and continues to the next step.
  • Client engagements: Earn 10% of the revenue from any referred client once they activate Pay-As-You-Go.
  • Recurring revenue: Continue to earn 10% of that client’s spend for up to 24 months.
  • Referring other HR consultants: Earn a one-time bonus when an HR consultant you refer lands their first paying client with TRS.

You get paid once your referred client becomes active and starts using The Recruiting Squad.
Commissions are calculated monthly based on your client’s actual spend and are paid out on a regular schedule.

 

You’ll be able to track your referrals, client activity, and earnings in your partner dashboard, so there are no surprises — you always know what’s coming and why.

Referrals are tracked through a combination of your unique partner referral link, a partner intro form, and visibility inside your partner dashboard.

 

Once a referral is submitted, you’ll be able to see its status and progress, so attribution is clear and transparent.

An eligible referral is a net-new TRS account that is introduced by you before the client creates a TRS account or engages with our team.

 

To ensure proper attribution, referrals should be submitted through your partner link or intro form prior to any account setup.

If a client already has an active or previously created TRS account, the referral is not eligible for reassignment or reactivation under the Rev Share Program.

 

This helps keep attribution fair and consistent for all partners.

The program is franchise- and multi-location friendly.

 

Referral attribution is handled at the account level, which means:

  • Different franchise locations or operators can be eligible if they are separate accounts

  • Each eligible location must be introduced individually through your referral process

This gives clients a fast, low-risk way to experience how TRS works before continuing with Pay-As-You-Go support.

Both, depending on the stage:

  • You earn a $50 bonus when a referred client completes a qualifying TRS walk-through and moves forward.

  • You earn 10% of client spend once the client activates Pay-As-You-Go recruiting, for up to 24 months.

All earnings are visible in your partner dashboard.

You continue to serve as the client’s HR advisor or consultant, while TRS assigns a Dedicated Recruiting Manager (DRM) to handle the recruiting process.

Attribution is based on first-touch referral timestamp.


The first partner to submit a complete referral through the partner system receives credit. Commissions are not split by default.
