How our pricing works.

We bill by the hour for the recruiting work required to fill your role. The number of hours depends on:
  • The type of role (professional vs hourly/blue-collar)
  • The complexity and seniority
  • The talent market in your location

Each role is priced using the appropriate hourly rate so your costs stay fair and predictable.

Initial funding & auto-replenishment

To start recruiting: 
  • You choose an initial payment / replenishment amount (often under $500).
  • That amount is added as a usable balance in your TRS account and converts directly into recruiter hours.
  • As we work, your balance auto-replenishes in that same increment you selected — never exceeding your Instant Pricing Estimate for that role.

You control the pace and scope.
