How Usage-Based Pricing Works

Every role starts with an AI Estimate based on role complexity.

Example:  40 hours × $100/hr = $4,000

= $4,000

A refundable Activation Fee is required to begin your Sprint. 

Example: Cap is $4,000 x 15% Activation fee

Interview-Ready Candidates delivered within 21 days or your Activation Fee is fully refunded.

Your final balance is automatically calculated when: 

• A candidate is marked Hired inside your dashboard
• The 21-Day Hiring Sprint period concludes
• You close the Sprint

Actual hours x $100 – activation fee paid

= Final Balance

No Invoicing

  • Auto-charged to the card on file
  • Capacity Floor: Minimum 50% of estimate for filled roles.
